In this blog post, we mention some of the best hip hop rap songs by Fivio Foreign. One of Brooklyn’s most prominent Drill artists might be on the best run of his career thus far and hip hop fans have been raving about it.

Bio: Who is Fivio Foreign?

Maxie Lee Ryles III (born March 29, 2022) also known as Fivio Foreign is a rapper from Brooklyn, New York.

The artist is well known for making drill music. It’s a sub-genre of hip hop which started with artists like Chief Keef and Lil Bibby on the South Side of Chicago in the early 2010s before jumping the Atlantic to the United Kingdom, where it mixed with grime and other variations of British rap before making it to Brooklyn.

On his rise to success, the rapper was associated with the New York City-based collective, Woo Gang. Fellow hip-hop hitmaker and friend, Pop Smoke, was also a part of the same group and achieved fame around the same with hits of his own.

Fivio Foreign is easily one of the most exciting new artists to burst into the mainstream. The rapper’s made major strides with songs like “Wetty” and “Big Drip” that gained a ton of traction on the streets before the 2020 pandemic lockdown. Fivio was also named as one of XXL’s Freshman Class of 2020.

Best Hip Hop Rap Songs by Fivio Foreign

1. BIG DRIP

BIG DRIP” is a remix of a song by another Woo rapper by the name of Dafi Woo, who’s song was name “Not Folk” as a diss record towards all the GD’s in Brooklyn. The same beat was again used during 22gz, a Choo rapper’s, Funk Flex freestyle. Seeing as how 22gz is a GD (Gangster Disciple), and this beat has mainly been used by GDK rappers, you can come to see just how much the Woo’s have taken over the rap scene. Though he’s patient, his music is still high-energy—and the music video filmed in front of confused Brooklyn Bridge Park attendees adds to the chaos. Seasons are overrated.

9. Self Made (Freestyle)

Fivio adds to his collection of hits with “Self Made (Freestyle),” an AXL Beats and Yoz Beatz-produced offering that sees him rapping about how he’s reached this stage of success on his own. Over a video game-y loop with monstrous bass, Fivio details his accomplishments and stills his haters, challenging them to “make another one” and sneering “I hope a lot of n****s get sanctioned.” The simple video follows Fivio as he parties and records flanked by women and goons.

With an eerie vocal sample and bumping drums, a classic drill instrumental backs his fast-paced spitting as Fivio asserts himself as the king of New York once more.

11. Bop It ft. Polo G

The Brooklyn rapper released his Kenny Beats-produced single “Bop It,”. The track was heavily inspired by the Hasbro audio game of the same name, as it begins with the familiar commands, “bop it,” “twist it,” and “pull it.” Also, young Chicago great Polo G shows up for a guest verse and absolutely annihilates it. In the video, Fivio, Polo, and Kenny play with Nerf guns in a mansion full of models.
