Name is JEDA. That name actually dms from my middle name oluwajedalo cause im Nigerian so I just took out the jeda cause my grandma used to call me that and i liked it.
What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I noticed I paid so much attention to lyrics and I just had that musical vibe in me so I gave it a try during quarantine and yeah I realized I had to go for it
Tell us about your new music? And what’s the story behind it?
New song out now called way to attack. Funny how I wrote that song in my moms kitchen. I heard the beat and I knew it was a hit.
What makes your music unique? How would you describe it?
I feel like my music is different cause I make relatable songs if you pay attention to my lyrics. Honestly I have never made a song with feeling something inside of me. I write my songs depending on how I feel at that moment.
Who are your biggest musical influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
Ouu I would really like to collaborate with the likes of lil baby, polo g, lil durk and dababy for sure. His birthday is the same as my sisters
Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?
I haven’t gotten no awards just yet but I’m working towards billboard 100 this year for sure
How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?
That’s very hard can’t lie. Like I said I make music whenever I feel anything so I practically make music everywhere I am. But I always have family time. I love my family
What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
Keep grinding man. Don’t stop. Remember you’re way past where you started from. If you give up now you basically go back to that spot. Don’t do that man

What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?
Yeah I have one more single dropping before I drop my ep. it’s a lot gonna happen this year. I need everyone to stay tuned. Jeda is going hard this year
