1. Martin Garrix

Martin Garrix is a Dutch DJ and record producer from Amstelveen, Netherlands. He was ranked number one on DJ Mags Top 100 DJs list for three consecutive years (2016, 2017 and 2018). He has performed at music festivals such as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, and Creamfields.

Garrix was a resident DJ at Spain’s Hï Ibiza (2017) and Ushuaïa Ibiza(2016 and 2018). Garrix gained fame through his solo release “Animals” which was released on 16 June 2013. The song became a hit in a great number of countries in Europe, and allowed Garrix to become the youngest person to reach number one on Beatport.

2. Marshmello

Marshmello, is an American electronic music producer and DJ. He first gained international recognition by releasing remixes of songs by Jack Ü and Zedd.

His debut studio album, Joytime, was released in January 2016 consisting of its lead single and Marshmello’s debut career single “Keep It Mello”. He is best known for the songs “Silence”, “Wolves”, “Friends”, “Alone” and “Happier”, all of which have appeared in the Top 30 of the Billboard Hot 100.

In December 2018 Marshmello unveiled collaborations with Egyptian singer-songwriter Amr Diab titled “Bayen Habeit” and American rapper and producer Roddy Ricch titled “Project Dreams”. Marshmello announced that month, he was working on his upcoming third studio album, Joytime III.

3. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike is a Belgian/Greek DJ and record production duo, composed of brothers Dimitri Thivaios and Michael Thivaios.

They were ranked No. 1 in 2015 and were ranked No. 2 in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018 on DJ Mags Top 100 DJs list. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have gained recognition for their songs such as “Tremor”, “The Hum” and “Mammoth”.

4. Hardwell

 Hardwell is a Dutch electro house DJ, record producer and remixer from Breda, Netherlands. The record producer was voted the world’s number one DJ on DJ Mag in 2013 and again in 2014.

He was ranked at number three in the top 100 DJs 2018 poll by DJ Mag. The DJ is best known for his sets at music festivals, including Ultra Music Festival, Sunburn and Tomorrowland.

The Dutch DJ first gained recognition in 2009 for his bootleg of “Show Me Love vs. Be”. He founded the record label Revealed Recordings in 2010 and a radio show and podcast Hardwell On Air in 2011.

He has released eight compilation albums through his label, as well as a documentary film. His debut studio album, United We Are, was released in 2015. He’s known for songs such as “Spaceman”, “Live The Night”, “Imaginary”, and “Bigroom Never Dies”.

5. Diplo

 Diplo, is an American DJ and record producer based in Los Angeles, California. He is the co-creator and lead member of the electronic dancehall music project Major Lazer, a member of the supergroup LSD, with Sia and Labrinth also working with producer and DJ Skrillex as part of the electronic duo Jack Ü, as well as on Silk City with Mark Ronson.

During his rise to fame, Diplo worked with British musician M.I.A., an artist who is credited with giving him exposure in his early career.

In 2009, he was nominated for his first Grammy Award for Record of the Year for “Paper Planes” shared with M.I.A., Switch. He was then nominated for a second Grammy Award in 2012, for Best Rap Song for “Look at Me Now” shared with Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes.

Diplo was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2013 and 2016 in the category Producer of the Year, Non-Classic. In 2016, he was also nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album, Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack U. Along with the nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album in 2016, he was also nominated for Best Dance Recording; Jack Ü won both awards.

6. ILLENIUM

ILLENIUM is an American musician, DJ and producer. On February 15, 2016, Illenium released his debut studio album, Ashes as a free download via Kasaya Recordings and MrSuicideSheep’s label, Seeking Blue.

The album peaked at number 6 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart, and at number 19 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart.

Illenium won Remix of the Year at the 2017 Electronic Music Awards for his “Say It” Flume remix. He also performed at the Electronic Music Awards show that year.

Illenium has opened for artists such as The Chainsmokers, Big Gigantic, and ODESZA.

7. The Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers is an American DJ and production duo consisting of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart. The EDM-pop duo achieved a breakthrough with their 2014 song “#Selfie”, which was a top twenty single in several countries.

Their debut EP, Bouquet was released in October 2015 and featured the single “Roses”, which reached the top 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

“Don’t Let Me Down” which featured vocals from the singer Daya became their first top 5 single and won the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording at the 59th awards ceremony, while “Closer” featuring singer Halsey became their first number-one single on the chart.

They have also won two American Music Awards, seven Billboard Music Awards and eight iHeartRadio Music Awards.

8. Tiesto

Tiësto is a Dutch DJ and record producer from Breda, Netherlands. He was named “the Greatest DJ of All Time” by Mix magazine in a poll voted by the fans. In 2013, he was voted by DJ Mag readers as the “best DJ of the last 20 years”. He is also regarded as the “Godfather of EDM” by many sources.

In 2001, he released his first solo album, In My Memory, which gave him several major hits that launched his career. He was voted World No. 1 DJ by DJ Magazine in its annual Top 100 DJs consecutively for three years from 2002 to 2004.

In April 2007 Tiësto launched his radio show Tiësto’s Club Life on Radio 538 in the Netherlands and released his third studio album Elements of Life. The album reached number one on the Belgian album chart as well on “Billboard Top Electronic Albums” in the U.S. and received a nomination for a Grammy Award in 2008.

Tiësto released his fourth studio album Kaleidoscope in October 2009, followed by A Town Called Paradise in June 2014. He won the Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical for his remixed version of John Legend’s hit “All of Me” at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.

Club Life: Volume Three Stockholm was released on 25 June 2013 and it hit No. 16 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. He followed up his third “Club Life” installment with the 2014 effort, A Town Called Paradise. The album featured an assortment of guest stars and was preceded by two singles, “Red Lights” and “Wasted” – yielding his first two gold singles in the U.S.

In March 2018, Billboard named Tiesto as number eight on their 2018 ranking of dance musicians titled Billboard Dance 100.

9. Zedd

Zedd is a Russian-German record producer, DJ, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. In 2012, he released “Clarity”, which propelled him to mainstream success, reaching the 8th position on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning him a Grammy for Best Dance Recording at the 56th Grammy Awards.

He’s also known for songs such as “Stay” with Alessia Cara, peaking at number 7, and, as a featured artist, “Break Free” with Ariana Grande, peaking at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

In 2012, Zedd signed with Interscope Records and released his debut single from the label, “Spectrum”, with vocals by Matthew Koma. It shot to the top of Billboards Hot Dance Club Songs.

On 23 February 2015, Zedd released his collaboration featuring Selena Gomez, “I Want You to Know”. The song made it to number one on Billboard‘s Dance/Electronic Songs and peaked at number 17 on Billboard Hot 100.

On 23 January 2018, Zedd released his single with Maren Morris and Grey, “The Middle”, which was raised to No. 1 on the Billboard Pop Songs radio chart and peaked at No. 5 spot on the Billboard Hot 100.

In March 2018, Billboard named Zedd as number seven on their 2018 ranking of dance musicians titled Billboard Dance 100.

10. W&W

W&W is a Dutch DJ and record producer duo composed of Willem van Hanegem and Ward van der Harst. They began their careers by producing trance music, before venturing into electro house and big room house.

After producing trance for five years, W&W founded their own record label called Mainstage Music, and became active in the big room house and progressive house scene.

This was followed by the release of their commercial breakthrough “Bigfoot” in 2014. In 2017, they returned to their original trance style with the Nwyr project.

11. David Guetta

David Guetta is a French DJ, record producer and songwriter who in 2011 was voted as the number one DJ in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll. In 2013, Billboard crowned “When Love Takes Over” as the number one dance-pop collaboration of all time. Featuring American R&B singer Kelly Rowland the song received two nominations; Best Dance Recording and Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical, and won the latter.

Guetta achieved mainstream success with his 2009 album One Love which included the hit singles “When Love Takes Over”, “Gettin’ Over You”, “Sexy Bitch” and “Memories”, the first three of which reached number one in the United Kingdom. The same year he was placed third in the “Top 100 DJs” poll by DJ Magazine.

Guetta’s fourth studio album One Love was nominated as “Best Electronic/Dance Album” at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.

On 16 June 2009, The Black Eyed Peas released the Guetta-produced “I Gotta Feeling” as their second single from their fifth studio album, The E.N.D.. Guetta was nominated twice for his work with The Black Eyed Peas at the 52nd Grammy Awards; in the category Record of the Year for “I Gotta Feeling” and Album of the Year for their album The E.N.D..

In 2011 he released Nothing but the Beat, containing the hit singles “Where Them Girls At”, “Little Bad Girl”, “Without You”, “Titanium” and “Turn Me On”. He is among the first DJs to get into the electronic dance music (EDM) scene and is known as the “grandfather of EDM”.

12. Afrojack

Afrojack is a Dutch DJ, record producer and remixer from Spijkenisse, Netherlands. His debut album Forget the World was released in 2014. Afrojack regularly features as one of the ten best artists in the Top 100 DJs published by DJ Mag.

The DJ received international success with the song “Take Over Control” featuring Eva Simons, which charted in 10 different countries. Afrojack was listed as number 7 on the DJ MagTop 100 DJ’s of 2011. He ranked at number 9 on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJ’s of 2012. In 2013, he ranked at number 9 again.

In 2011, he was featured on Pitbull’s number 1 hit single “Give Me Everything” along with Ne-Yo and Nayer. He also contributed to the single “Run the World (Girls)” by Beyoncé. In January 2012 Afrojack received a European Border Breakers Award.

On 17 March 2015, Afrojack was featured in David Guetta’s single “Hey Mama” in which he co-produced with Guetta. The song featured him along with Nicki Minaj, and Bebe Rexha.

13. Calvin Harris

Calvin Harris, is a Scottish DJ, record producer, singer and songwriter. His debut studio album I Created Disco was released in June 2007.

It spawned two UK top 10 singles, “Acceptable in the 80s” and “The Girls”. In 2009, Harris released his second studio album, Ready for the Weekend, which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and was later certified gold by the BPI. Its lead single, “I’m Not Alone”, became his first song to top the UK Singles Chart.

Harris rose to international prominence with the release of his third studio album, 18 Months, in October 2012. Topping the UK charts, the album became his first to chart on the Billboard 200 chart in the United States, peaking at number 19. All eight of the album’s singles, including “Feel So Close”, “Sweet Nothing” and “I Need Your Love”, reached the top 10 in the UK.

Harris has collaborated with numerous other recording artists. His collaboration with Rihanna “We Found Love” became an international success, giving Harris his first number one single on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. In October 2014, he became the first artist to place three songs simultaneously on the top 10 of Billboard‘s Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

Harris has received ten Brit Award nominations—three for Best British Male and four Grammy nominations, winning a Grammy for Best Music Video in 2013. 14. Dj Snake

DJ Snake, is a French DJ and record producer from Paris. He’s a Grammy-nominated producer and artist who debuted into the international scene with singles “Bird Machine” and “Turn Down for What” in 2013.

DJ Snake and Diplo, released in 2015 the single “Lean On” in collaboration with MØ and Diplo’s Major Lazer. In March 2018, Billboard named DJ Snake as number nine on their 2018 ranking of dance musicians titled Billboard Dance 100.

On 5 August 2016, with the release of Encore, DJ Snake released the album’s third single, “Let Me Love You”, featuring the vocals of Canadian singer Justin Bieber.

In late August 2018, DJ Snake announced via his social media platforms that he’ll be releasing a new song later that year. The following month, he confirmed the song would be called “Taki Taki” and it would feature Selena Gomez, Cardi B and Ozuna. The track was released on 28 September 2018.

15. Skrillex

Skrillex, is an American record producer, DJ, singer, songwriter and musician. He released the Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites EP in 2010 and More Monsters and Sprites EP in 2011.

On November 30, 2011, he received five Grammy Award nominations at the 54th Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist and won three: “Best Dance/Electronica Album”, “Best Dance Recording”, and “Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical”.

Skrillex has won eight Grammy Awards and holds the world record for most Grammys won by an Electronic Dance Music artist. Skrillex released “Arms Around You” on October 25, 2018. It is a collaboration featuring XXXTentacion, Lil Pump, Maluma and Swae Lee.

16. R3HAB

R3HAB is a Dutch DJ, record producer and remixer of Moroccan origin from Breda. Alongside Afrojack and Chuckie, he is one of the proponents of the modern Dutch housesubgenre.

During the 2012 WMC in Miami, United States, R3hab won the IDMA Best Breakthrough Artist Award.

His most notable releases to date are “Pump The Party” produced together with Ferruccio Salvo, “The Bottle Song”, released on Wall Recordings and “Prutata”, which was R3hab’s first collaboration with Afrojack.

17. Armin van Buuren

Armin van Buuren  is a Dutch DJ, record producer and remixer from South Holland.

Since 2001, he has hosted A State of Trance, a radio show, which is broadcast to more than 37 million weekly listeners in 84 countries on over 100 FM radio stations. According to Djs And Festivals, “the radio show propelled him to stardom and helped cultivate an interest in trance music around the world.”

Van Buuren has won a number of accolades. He has been ranked the number one DJ by DJ Mag a record of five times, four years in a row. He was ranked fourth on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs list in 2015 and 2016, and third in 2017.

In 2014, he was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording for his single “This Is What It Feels Like” featuring Trevor Guthrie, which makes him the fourth trance artist ever to receive a Grammy Award nomination.

18. Steve Aoki

Steve Aoki is an American electro house musician, record producer, DJ, and music executive. In 2012, Pollstar designated Aoki as the highest grossing dance artist in North America from tours.

Aoki has released several Billboard-charting studio albums as well, notably Wonderland, which was nominated for Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronica Album in 2013.

The DJ finished in 6th place in the 2013 America’s Best DJ competition conducted by DJ Times magazine, and finished in 8th place in 2013 & 2016 and 10th place in 2014, 2015 And 2017 for DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs competition.

Steve Aoki performed at the 2015 Ultra Music Festival in Miami Beach on May 21. He also earned the Guinness record for “most traveled musician in one year”, with 161 shows in 41 countries in 2014.

19. Don Diablo

Don Diablo, is a Dutch DJ, record producer, musician and singer-songwriter of electronic dance music from Coevorden, Netherlands.

He was ranked 7th in the Top 100 DJs – 2018 list by DJ Mag. He was also ranked No. 1 Producer of the Year by 1001 Tracklists. In 2016 he was ranked the number one Future House Artist of the Year on Beatport.

His song “Starlight (Could You Be Mine)”, made with UK DJ/producer Matt Nash, was debuted during the last Swedish House Mafia concert, after Axwell signed it to his label. The song became a Beatport Top 5 hit, and later several of his other releases reaching the Beatport Top 10.

20. Oliver Heldens

Oliver Heldens is a Dutch DJ and electronic music producer originating from Rotterdam, Netherlands. His 2013 song “Gecko” caught the attention of fellow Dutch DJ Tiësto, who signed him to his label, Musical Freedom.

he song peaked at number 1 on the DMC Magazine Buzz Chart and was named “Essential New Tune” by BBC’s Pete Tong on 31 January 2014.

Heldens entered the DJ Mag Top 100 of 2014, making his debut at number 34. He achieved 12th place in the DJ Mag Top 100 2015, making him the highest ranked house DJ on the list.

Kaskade, is an American DJ, record producer and remixer. DJ Times voted Kaskade “America’s Best DJ” in 2011 and 2013″. DJ Mag named Kaskade fifty-first on its 2009 list of Top 100 DJs.

Kaskade released his first single “What I Say” on the label in 2001.[In the Moment saw Kaskade’s first top 10 single with “Steppin’ Out” reaching No. 5 on Billboard Magazine’s Hot Dance Club Play chart and No. 6 on Dance Radio Airplay.

The fourth single to be released from the album, “Everything,” reached No. 1 on Billboard Magazine’s Hot Dance Club Play.

Kaskade’s fourth solo album Love Mysterious was released in September 2006. His fourth single released from “Love Mysterious”, “Sorry”, was his third consecutive top ten hit on Billboard’s Hot Dance Airplay Chart, at No. 9. Dirty South provided a remix for “Sorry”. The remix was nominated for a 2008 Grammy for Best Remixed Recording.

In December 2013, Kaskade was nominated for two Grammy Awards: the song “Atmosphere” for Best Dance Recording and the album Atmosphere for Best Dance/Electronica Album.

In 2015, he headlined Coachella alongside Drake for two weekends and, over the course of the two weekends, pulled in the two largest crowds the festival had ever seen.
