Lyrical mastermind and songwriter extraordinaire, Epic Drip, has been a DJ, audio and video technician, producer, recording and mastering engineer as well as a stellar artist. This music industry newcomer is excited to release his second hip hop E.P. Epic shows mad LOVE to the hip hop culture with the release of this innovative collection of vibes 2 LOVE OR NOT 2 LOVE.
This Fayetteville, NC native generates vibes for a new generation by combining hip hop and R&B to create his own unique sound. Epic is a creative artist that truly knows how to catch the people’s ear while challenging their minds with his lyrical capabilities and musical genius. Drip Service Entertainment’s founder Brandon Warren calls it “the vibe of the century”.
BE WITH ME is the first single from this E.P. On this song Epic shares how one of his lovers wants something serious with him. She wants a serious relationship yet Epic still refuses to settle down, though it’s obvious that this is the girl for him. The second single on this E.P. is SO FAR which is about Epic being away from one of his lovers and the distance begins taking a toll on him. SHAWTY BAD, the third single, is about Epic finally finding the one for him or so it may seem. The fourth song on this E.P. is titled 2 LOVE OR NOT 2 LOVE which is solely about Epic realizing one of his women has fallen in love. Epic also begins to question his own feelings for her causing this single to be very interesting. The last song on 2 Love or Not 2 Love is DA GAME 101 which is the first time where Epic is getting played. This is one of the situations that may have been what led Epic down his path of playerism.
Epic incorporates various elements to create this hip hop masterpiece. This work of art is full of smooth vibes and still manages to give off that “this is lit” feel. The 808 kicks and drum rhythms along with Epic’s expert timing and delivery, are sure to appeal to the younger generation. Epic experiments with his vocals to assist in creating sensational R&B vibes that definitely should catch the ladies’ attention. This work allows us to see a softer side of Epic that most never knew existed. However, do not let the title or the R&B vibes fool you, this is still the Epic we have all grown to love. 2 LOVE OR NOT 2 LOVE is set to release on the 22nd of February 2021. On the 15th of February Epic dropped his first single from 2 LOVE OR NOT 2 LOVE exclusively @ www.epicdrip.com as a late Valentine’s Day gift to all his fans. That single, along with the entire 2 LOVE OR NOT 2 LOVE will be available on all streaming platforms and online stores.

About Epic Drip
Epic Drip (Epic) is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, but also spent some years living in Germany and Texas.
Just as his favorite artist/ entertainer of all times, Michael Jackson, Epic developed a love for music at an early age. His parents raised him in church, where he sang in the youth choir and later learned audio and video engineering. As he got older, he focused more on the audio side of things; the way sounds came together creating melodies, introducing words to the melodies, even the way choreography added to that spectrum. These various elements of music caught his attention in a mind-blowing manner.
As a preteen, Epic was introduced to hip hop through an older cousin, who later inspired him to begin rapping. Epic started his hip hop journey listening to the greats; Biggie, 2Pac, Jay-Z, Nas, Snoop Dogg, DMX. As he aged, he moved on to artists like 50 Cent, Eminem, Ludacris, TI, Lil Wayne and various others who aren’t named but definitely played equal roles in Epic’s life.
Epic began high school in Texas at Killeen Ninth Grade Center, which later became Killeen High School, where he was introduced to Chopped N Screwed music and that Texas vibe. That vibe played a major role in the sounds Epic Drip creates today. Epic finished his high school years at Douglas Byrd High in his hometown of Fayetteville, North Carolina, where his rap personality “B. Nice” originated. Epic was known for remixing songs on the back of the bus to and from school. When Epic wasn’t out playing basketball or working in the family trade of carpentry, he was recording himself on cassette tapes.
Upon graduation from high school in 2003, Epic attended Fayetteville State University (FSU), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a minor in Speech. While concentrating on his studies, he once again embraced his passion for music using his stage name “Da’Future”. He further honed his musical skills as an intern for the campus radio station, WFSS 91.9 FM and local radio station, Foxy 99 (WZFX 99.1 FM). While at FOXY 99, he got his first opportunity to be onstage with big time artists during Summer Jam 06. It was also there that he was introduced to Cool Edit Pro recording software. Cool Edit Pro was essential in his recording process. By the time he graduated, Epic was better equipped, and possessed a stronger knowledge of studio engineering.
Having more time to devote to music, Epic began to apply what he learned to what he loved! In 2010, Epic realized he could no longer refer to himself as “Da’Future”, so changed his stage name to “Epic Moment”. “Epic Moment” was actually given to Epic by one of his close friends and co-workers who made beats and was a fan of Epic’s music. As “Epic Moment”, Epic released several songs on streaming services Soundcloud, iTunes and Reverb Nation from 2010-2018. He performed for the first time in 2013 at Zero Degrees nightclub in his hometown, where he received a lot of respect and was thought to have a New York sound. Though Epic had never been to New York, a lot of his favorite rappers were natives. Due to the positive feedback, Epic continued making local live performances.
Approaching year 2018, Epic stepped up his delivery dramatically. His timing, his bars and his song writing skills evolved into what we see today as “Epic Drip”. In 2020, he released his first two singles, “F*ck Wit Me” and “Like Money” on various platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes and Amazon.
2021 has started off truly “Epic”. Epic not only released his first E.P. “Infatuation” featuring three singles “Ballin’ on Em”, “Settle Down” and “My Shawty”, but also begun working on his first official video titled, “Type of _”. On January 10th, Epic launched his YouTube channel, “Drip Service Ent.”, where he posted videos for all his current releases. On the 19th of January, Epic created his first official website to promote his brand, set to launch February 1, 2021.
