The Out Seer release debut EP, Ab Initio, with their main track ‘Good Feelings’ leading the way

Canadian band, The Out Seer, released their debut EP ‘Ab Initio’ on all streaming platforms on April 30th, 2022. The 4-track release features west coast indie rock pulled directly from the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia’s underground music scene. The main track ‘Good Feelings’ is a love letter to listeners who are wondering why being happy is so elusive these days.

Part of ‘Good Feelings’ was originally written with a vague direction in a pre-pandemic world and had to be painstakingly crafted through the restrictions and life-changing events caused by COVID-19. It’s about persevering through the bad days in order to find your happy place; something we can all relate to after the last couple of years.

The four-piece group were founded by guitarist, Ashley Pearce, as a means of pursuing creative projects and original music with friends. They are an active and educated group of young musicians, each holding diplomas from Selkirk College’s contemporary music and technology Program in Nelson, British Columbia. The bandmates and their friends can be found working together on various projects & gigs, and generally just hanging out at Apricot Music Studios. Laying claim in Vancouver, Canada, they are a tight-knit group who are working hard to bring some original music to their city.
